The Story

Jay Nyce is the DJ name of Jason Malfettone, who has been DJing for over 14 years and has played more than 500 events across New Jersey and New York City. The work today is corporate events and private celebrations: product launches, holiday parties, conferences, galas and milestone birthdays.
He came up in clubs, including an 11-year residency at 230 Fifth in Manhattan — the same room, a different crowd every week. Eleven years of weekly sets is where the open-format approach comes from, and it is still how he works a corporate floor.
Corporate work followed. Brands he has played for include Bloomingdale's, Gucci, Nordstrom, Sephora and Victoria's Secret. A set at the NYC TV Week 40 Under 40 celebration was featured on Fox 5's Good Day New York.
JN handles music, sound and DJ performance, working alongside your planner, venue and AV team. He works to whatever schedule you or your planner hand him.

Jason Malfettone starts DJing as Jay Nyce, working club and bar rooms around New York and New Jersey. The name came first; JN Event Entertainment was formed later, once the work became a business.
