For Planners, Venues & Agencies

You run the event. We handle the music.

A lot of our work comes from planners, venues and agencies who have the corporate event or private celebration fully in hand and need a DJ they can hand the music to.

How We Work

DJ Support ForPlanners, Venues & Agencies

A clear division of responsibility

JN handles music, sound and DJ performance, working alongside your planner, venue and AV team. We quote your client on the DJ and nothing else, and the relationship stays yours.

We follow your run of show

Send the run of show and we work to it. Speeches, presentations, awards, last call — we take our cues from you and your coordinator on the day.

We bring our own sound

A professional system sized to the room, loaded in early and kept tidy. Where the venue has house sound, we work with it.

Backup gear on every job

Redundant equipment travels with us, so a failure on the night is something we solve quietly rather than something your client hears.

Insured, certificate on request

Most venues want a COI before load-in. Tell us who to send it to and it is handled, at no charge to you or your client.

Easy to reach, before and after

One person answers the email, joins the planning call and shows up on the day. No account handoffs and no roster DJ you have never spoken to.

Why Clients Ask For Us

Club-Trained,Event-Tested

Hundreds of corporate events and private celebrations — plus an eleven-year residency at 230 Fifth Rooftop. That combination is rarer than it sounds.

The club background is why the mixing sounds different. The event experience is why the volume sits where it should during dinner, why speeches come through clearly, and why the set builds only where your run of show leaves room for it. Not every event ends on a dance floor, and we plan for the one you are actually running.

Rooms played: Tao Downtown · PH Rooftop at Dream Downtown · Lavo · Fleur Room · Pacha NYC · Webster Hall · Empire Rooftop.

Working Together

Most partners come to us with a date and a room rather than a brief, so we would rather talk it through than publish a rate card.

Tell us how you work, how often you book DJs and what your clients expect on the night, and we will put a proposal together that fits it.

When one of our own clients asks who to call for a planner or a venue, we are glad to point them toward people we have worked with.
